HON. IZU REUBEN IZU LEADS AHOADA WEST YOUTH DELEGATION TO MEET WITH FCT MINISTER NYESOM WIKE
Port Harcourt, Rivers State — Hon. Izu Reuben Izu has led a delegation of youths from Ahoada West Local Government Area to a high-level Rivers State youth meeting with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Chief Barr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, at his residence in Port Harcourt.
The meeting brought together youth leaders, political stakeholders and representatives from the 23 local government areas of Rivers State to discuss youth development, empowerment, unity and cooperation, as well as strategies for strengthening youth participation in political and developmental initiatives across the state.
During the meeting, Hon. Izu Reuben Izu expressed profound appreciation to the FCT Minister, Chief Barr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, for his support and the opportunity that contributed to his emergence as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Rivers State House of Assembly seat representing Ahoada West Constituency.
He also reaffirmed his loyalty and commitment to the Rainbow Coalition family, stressing the importance of unity, mutual respect and collective responsibility in advancing the political interests and developmental aspirations of Ahoada West LGA and Rivers State at large.
Speaking on his commitment to leadership and service, Hon. Izu emphasized his readiness to uphold the highest standards of political loyalty, respect and cooperation with the established leadership and political structures in Ahoada West and across Rivers State.
He further pledged to work harmoniously with political leaders, stakeholders and other relevant groups to strengthen existing relationships, promote political stability and contribute meaningfully to the development of his constituency and the state.
Among the dignitaries present at the meeting were Hon. Inime W. Karibo, Chief Security Officer to the Executive Chairman of Ahoada West LGA; Hon. Gift Ali, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Rivers State House of Assembly seat representing Ahoada West Constituency; and several other prominent youth leaders and stakeholders from the area.
The participation of Hon. Izu Reuben Izu and the Ahoada West youth delegation highlighted the importance of youth engagement, inclusive leadership and strategic collaboration in fostering unity and strengthening political relationships across Rivers State.
The gathering also provided an opportunity for young leaders to engage with political stakeholders on issues affecting their communities and to reaffirm their commitment to collective progress and the development of Rivers State.
