Ahoada West Local Government Area Administrator Mr. Promise Jacob met with principal officers and staff at the Council Secretariat in Akinima on April 14, 2025. As he arrived, he received a warm welcome from the staff, creating an atmosphere filled with anticipation and excitement.

During the meeting, Administrator Jacob outlined his key points, focusing on key areas that would drive development and improve the lives of residents. The agenda includes; 

Total Peace Restoration: Ensuring a peaceful environment that supports growth and development.

Transparency and Accountability: Promoting openness and accountability in governance to build trust with the community.

Sanitation: Improving sanitation standards to enhance public health and well-being.

Welfare: Prioritizing the welfare of staff and residents, ensuring their needs are met.

Discipline: Fostering a culture of discipline within the council to ensure effective service delivery.

Community Engagement in Governance: Encouraging community participation in decision-making processes to ensure inclusivity.

Good Governance: Striving for effective governance that meets the needs of the people.

The Administrator took time to familiarize himself with the staff and principal officers, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving the council's goals. With a clear vision and determination, Mr. Promise Jacob is poised to drive positive change in the Ahoada West Local Government Area.

Earlier, The Head Of Local Government Administration (HLGA); Mr. Obianeme Apollous, who led the Principal officers and Staff of the Council to the meeting assured the Administrator of Staff full support in implementing government policies and programs, and their commitment to working closely with the Administrator to achieve the Government goals.
