Smoke Envelops Rivers State Secretariat Complex

A mysterious smoke has taken over the atmosphere at the Rivers State Secretariat complex in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The source of the smoke remains unidentified, sparking concerns among workers and visitors.

Located at 22 William Jumbo Street, Port Harcourt, the complex houses various state ministries and government offices. According to eyewitnesses, the smoke seems to be emanating from within the complex, but the exact cause is still unknown.

The Rivers State government has yet to release an official statement on the matter. However, the incident has raised concerns about the security and safety of the complex, which has been facing infrastructure challenges. 

In fact, the House of Representatives recently ordered an emergency renovation of the complex due to its deplorable condition.
