Court slates July 5 to hear suit seeking to remove Ganduje as APC Chairman.
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, deferred hearing a suit seeking to remove the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, from office until July 5.
The court, presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo, adjourned to allow the litigants to respond to a counter-affidavit the embattled APC Chairman filed to challenge the competence of the suit.
