THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF AHOADA EAST LGA SWEARS IN SUPERVISORS AND SPECIAL ADVISERS, ADVISES THEM TO BE GOOD AMBASSADORS OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

The Executive Chairman of Ahoada East LGA, Chief Hon. (Barr.) Ben Eke DSSRS, advises political appointees to be good ambassadors of the Local Government by delivering services to the people.

The Chairman gave the advice today 19th April 2024, while swearing in the newly appointed Supervisors and Special Advisers at the Council Secretariat.

He said though they have been appointed to different offices saddled with a wide range of duties and their responsibilities will ultimately have a meeting point as they will lead to a more stable, prosperous and democratic society.

Therefore, the different oaths they have taken should give them the impetus to serve the people of Ahoada LGA and Rivers State at large with sincerity, diligence and determination of a worthy ambassadors.

In his response on behalf of the appointees, Hon. Prince Alali said they will do their best to serve the Local Government with all diligence, honesty and sincerity to add value to good governance that the Council Boss has laid down.

Names of the appointmentees sworn in today are;

1. Hon. Prince Alali - Supervisor for Finance 

2. Hon. Justice Egbe - Supervisor for Education 

3. Hon. Anastesia U Eyikpu - Supervisor for Works   and 

     Transport,

4. Hon. Aguiyi Bridget - Supervisor for Social Orientation 

5. Hon. Elijah Uwhuetu - Supervisor for Agriculture,

6. Hon. Walson Ekene Obiri - Adviser on Youths

7. Hon. Mrs Florence Odukwu - Adviser on Women Affairs 

8. Hon. Rachael  Garriks - Adviser on Culture & Tourism,

9. Hon. Sampson Habila - Adviser on Conflict Resolution,

10. Hon. Eke Progress Goodluck - Adviser on Special
