The meeting brought together political stakeholders and supporters to reaffirm their commitment to the coalition and discuss the political direction of ONELGA, with particular emphasis on mobilising support for its candidates in the forthcoming elections.

Addressing the gathering, Wike expressed appreciation to the people of ONELGA for their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Rainbow Coalition. He urged them to sustain their support for the President and the coalition's candidates at the polls.

The FCT Minister called on the electorate to support the coalition's candidates across various elective positions. They include President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for President under the All Progressives Congress (APC); Rt. Hon. Ogundu Kingsley Chinda for Governor under the APC; Bro. Felix Obuah for Rivers West Senatorial District under the APC; Hon. Victor Obuzor for Ahoada-West/Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Federal Constituency under the APC; Hon. Beyond political mobilisation, the town hall meeting underscored the importance of electing leaders who understand the needs of their constituents, remain responsive to their concerns and demonstrate a genuine commitment to grassroots development.

Participants also emphasised the need for leadership that prioritises the welfare of the people, addresses pressing community challenges and promotes sustainable development across ONELGA.

Hon. Obuzor's participation highlighted his engagement with political stakeholders and supporters as discussions intensify around the forthcoming elections and the future of representation and development in the constituency.

The meeting ended with renewed calls for political unity, sustained engagement and support for candidates considered capable of advancing the interests and aspirations of the people of ONELGA.
