BREAKING NEWS: I’m More Intelligent Than El-Rufai — Galadima

Buba Galadima, a chieftain of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has dismissed allegations that he is involved in encouraging or sponsoring young Nigerians to protest against the government ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Galadima made the statement during an interview on Channels Television while responding to claims that opposition figures were mobilising young Nigerians against the government.

According to him, his political experience has made him cautious about actions that could expose him to legal or political pressure.

“I am more intelligent than El-Rufai. You can’t get me into that hook for them to pick me,” Galadima was quoted as saying.

He maintained that he would not allow himself to be drawn into activities that could be interpreted as inciting protests or unrest.

The NDC chieftain’s comments come amid growing political tensions and increased attention on the activities of opposition figures as Nigeria approaches the 2027 elections.

Galadima’s remarks were made in the context of his response to allegations of opposition involvement in youth protests. The claims and counterclaims remain part of the wider political debate ahead of the elections.
