CJTF TF Delta State Command Advocates Strengthened Security Collaboration Across Delta State

The Citizen Joint Tactical Formation, CJTF TF Delta State Command, has formally notified all security agencies operating in Delta State of its intent to establish a comprehensive framework for inter-agency collaboration and joint operations.

Under the command of Commander Stanley O. Paul, the CJTF TF Delta State Command stated that the initiative is designed to foster operational synergy, facilitate real-time intelligence sharing, and enhance coordinated security efforts across the state. The overarching objective is to improve response capabilities and ensure the safety of citizens, property, and commercial activities within Delta State.

Speaking on the initiative, Commander Stanley O. Paul noted:  

“No single agency can tackle security challenges alone. By uniting our resources, intelligence, and manpower, we can create a safer Delta for everyone. This collaboration is not just about operations — it’s about building lasting trust between security agencies and the communities we serve.”

The proposed framework for collaboration will prioritize the following strategic areas:

• Coordinated Patrols: Joint deployment of personnel to communities and identified security flashpoints to deter criminal activity and maintain public order. • Enhanced Intelligence Gathering and Sharing: Establishment of streamlined communication channels for timely exchange of actionable intelligence among all participating agencies. • Rapid Response Mechanism: Development of integrated protocols for swift and decisive action in response to emerging security threats. • Community Engagement and Sensitization: Implementation of public awareness programs to strengthen community trust and promote proactive reporting of suspicious activities. 

All security formations in Delta State are hereby respectfully requested to acknowledge receipt of the official correspondence and nominate designated liaison officers. These officers will serve as principal points of contact with the CJTF TF Delta State Command to facilitate seamless coordination.
