APPEAL COURT ISSUES WARNING TO RIVERS STATE GOVERNOR AND DEPUTY OVER APPEAL DELAY
A special panel has been set up to consider an appeal challenging the ruling of Hon. Justice F. Feberesima.
The court has warned the Governor and Deputy Governor of Rivers State to file their Respondent Briefs of Argument within the stipulated time frame, failing which the appeal will proceed with only the Appellants' Briefs.
