GOVERNOR SIMINALAYI FUBARA RETURNS TO RIVERS STATE AFTER EMERGENCY RULE
Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has returned to the state after a six-month absence, during which a state of emergency was declared due to a political crisis. He arrived at the Port Harcourt International Airport on Friday, September 19, 2025, at approximately 12:14pm., more than 24 hours after President Bola Tinubu ended the emergency rule.
