In a time where the feeling of good leadership has become almost obscure to the proletariats, a few leaders still stand out. One of such is Hon. Mrs. Ubile Jack (JP), the Vice Chairman of Ahoada West Local Government Area.

Hon. Ubile Jack is compassionate, empathetic, receptive and so much more. We saw a leader who talks and does in all exigencies. 

Our Hon. Vice Chairman is so selfless and humanitarian that she would go extra miles to ensure those who called on her for one aid or the other gets the solution they needed.

Hitherto, Hon. Ubile Jack remains the upper crust among the twenty three (Vice Chairmen) of Rivers State. A leader of the people in the grassroots.
